PERFORMANCE

The company hires the Employee with the faith of contribution and growth. Hence, performance is an integral part of your employment. The Employee must submit work report on daily and weekly basis which shall be used to submit your monthly report. The monthly report must carry the summary of the Employee’s activities and performance against the invoice for compensation. The company shall then decide whether or not the Employee’s performance should be rewarded with bonuses and incentives. The invoice shall be reviewed by the Administration and will process for the payment. The Administration solely holds the right to reject, modify, approve or correct your invoice based on the performance/work report and process for the compensation to your bank account. The administration will not entertain any bargaining or verbal discussions regarding the compensation. However, you can send an email through reporting portal regarding your concern which will be replied only if found to be considerable by the Administration. Basic salary is not paid on the basis of attendance but number of tasks completed with expected quality. Hence, the company is not liable to pay any compensation as basic salary if suspended or terminated due to unsatisfactory performance.

PROBATION PERIOD

It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee’s employment, for any reason without notice or cause.

WORKING HOURS / HOLIDAYS / ABSENTEEISM

The Employee shall officially work for 48 hours with one public holiday a week. The company shall inform about other public holidays in advance but is not be obligated to follow Nepalese or international calendar. We discourage strikes so in such case, the Company does not entertain any holidays. In case the working hour is less than 7 hours then, it will be considered as half day. To be counted as a half day the working hours should exceed 4 and half hours; failure to do so it will be considered as leave. The employee must inform two days prior to the management for leave approval. The Company will deduct two days of salary for uninformed leaves to compensate its schedules. In case of absenteeism, the Company will deduct one day salary. The company may ask for evidence. For e.g.: If the Employee has to go to hospital, then report must be submitted as evidence. 7 days of joining the Company will be training period which includes getting used to with the Company’s working environment, work flow, software and cope up in meeting targets.

REPORTING

The Employee must report the progress and performance on daily and weekly basis. The work report submitted on the last working day of the month must include the conclusion based on daily and weekly reports. The Employer will not entertain any false or incorrect reporting at all which will be considered as harm to the good faith of the company.

RESIGNATION

During the job tenure the Employee should participate in his/her job criteria and bear the responsibility to perform the activities for the betterment of company. The employee cannot resign from employment under any kind of pressure which involves your self-interest, family pressure or any other situation before its expiry. If the Employee leave the employment before the expiry of contract then the Employee must return all the compensation provided by the Company from the date of initiation of the Employee’s employment.

COMPENSATION

You must raise an invoice at the end of every month against your work report and the management shall review your progress and performance to reward with bonus and incentives.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • The Employee must enter the office premises on time and login attendee through reporting system using company’s computer as well as shall leave only after his/her office hours by logging the report through reporting system from company’s computer.
  • The Employee needs to respect each and every individual and discrimination shall not be entertained on the basis of any caste, creed or culture.
  • Any negligence during working hours due to unwanted phone calls, unofficial guest or visit is prohibited.
  • Participate in seminars, events, training, workshop etc.
  • The Employer will not show any interest towards the concern by family members in any verbal or written form or entertain any of such relatives in office premises without written permission which shall be considered as a serious offence.
  • It is the responsibility of the employee to be able to provide any information asked by colleagues or seniors before or after office hours. It is expected that the employee carries a medium of communication like mobile device all the time.
  • Any unwanted discussions unrelated to work during working hours shall not be entertained at all.
  • The Employee must inform the supervisor or manager through phone call at least 2 hours prior working hours in case of absence. Leave without information will not be tolerated at all.
  • The Employee is expected to attend office in tidy cloths and appearance with positive mindset.
  • Avoid coercion with administration and management of company.
  • Properties of company should not be misused or used frivolously. Protect properties and other facilities from damage and vandalism.
  • All kinds of incorporeal properties like trademark, copyright and other property i.e. information, documents etc. should only be used to complete their job duties and responsibilities.
  • Acceptance of gifts and bribes from clients for the benefit of any external or internal party is strictly prohibited.
  • Should not disrupt the work place or create hindrance to their colleague’s work.
  • Accept full responsibility of work
  • Use the property of a client or employer only in authorized way, and with the client’s or employer’s knowledge and consent.
  • Falsifying or misrepresentation of records regarding own qualification is strictly prohibited.
  • Should not unfairly criticize colleagues or seniors or their work in a way that might harm their professional reputation.
  • Should not use unethical manner to take credit of other work and hardship.

TERMINATION / SUSPENSION

The company may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your employment at any time, without notice or payment for sufficient cause under following conditions:

  • Any inappropriate behavior with colleagues or seniors like verbal or physical misconduct.
  • False reporting or negligence in work.
  • Wasting time or misusing company’s resources.
  • Unpunctual or absence without prior information.
  • Lack of co-ordination with co-workers / supervisors.
  • Disclosing the data.
  • Complains from any co-worker, client or associate.
  • Apply, interview or join for a job in different company before the expiry of this contract.
  • Intake any projects of the Company’s clients or prospects.
  • Disclosing any confidential information restricted by the company to any third party.
  • Bad mouth about the company with any of its associates including colleagues.
  • Contacting clients or its associates with the intent of business or any other purpose.
  • Providing wrong or untruthful information to the customers/prospects. No compensation shall be made during the period of suspension until uplifted by the operation manager. The suspension period can go as long as 30 days or even longer depending upon the time required to settle the issue or find a proper solution to it. You will be under the contract itself during suspension and not allowed to join any other company. The employees must return any property of the Company at the time of termination at good state. Avoiding to do so shall be considered as theft of property.

NON-DISCLOSURE / CONFIDENTIALITY / PRIVACY

Disclosure, copying or reproducing of any company or client data or details, sales strategy, promotion plans, marketing tools, document samples, employee details, services, brand name, nature of business or any other company’s information or property will be considered as a serious offense and may lead to legal action. The Employee shall not start or join a company offering similar kind of product, services or brands and disclose or use any physical or intellectual property of the company as mentioned in the paragraph above while involved with us and up to two years from the separation from the company.

DECLARATION

It is further acknowledged and agreed that following expiry or termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Employee shall not solicit business from current Clients or prospects communicated during the period of employment. Also the Employee shall not attempt to hire the Company’s current employees to his/her current employer or company.

DISCLAIMER

The company is not responsible to provide any medical benefits or health insurances. The Employer will not bear any medical expenses during or after the employment caused due to health issues or accidents on/off working hours. Any baseless allegations without proof against company, co-workers or clients will not be tolerated. The company does not bear any responsibility towards the security or integrity outside office premises or after office hours. Hence, it is recommended to be self-aware to avoid becoming a victim of any incident or accident.

CONFLICT

The Employee must report any issues in written form to the management with sufficient information and reference and evidence in case of any conflicting situation and the board members shall take its time to analyze the matter to find a prominent solution for it. The Employer shall not entertain any disputable topics to be discussed with any of its clients, trainees, employees or associates which may harm the reputation of the company.
